One fateful evening, during a magnificent royal banquet, music and laughter filled the hall. Goblets clinked, dancers twirled, and the air was thick with merriment. But amidst the revelry, a careless hand knocked the pedestal where the revered vase stood. Time seemed to slow as the crystal vessel teetered before plummeting to the marble floor. A deafening crash silenced the room, and a thousand glittering shards scattered across the hall.

Gasps filled the air, but the wise royal advisor quickly reassured the guests, reminding them of an old saying: “Shards bring fortune.” Seeing an opportunity in the misfortune, the king decreed that the fragments be distributed among the finest artisans of the realm, each entrusted with crafting something of beauty from the ruins of the once-glorious vase.
